Answer
Our trucks are essentially “warehouses on wheels.” Each truck operates on a two week route cycle. That means that every two weeks, on a specific day, our truck and salesman will arrive to deliver whatever you need. You don’t need to remember to call in your order; we’ll be there on a regular schedule! You can write out your order so that it’s ready when we get there, determine your needs at that time, or have us make the order based on your par levels that you define.
Answer
The first thing we do is find the right blend of coffee and equipment settings to achieve your desired flavor profile. This is a collaboration between the restaurant’s designated representative and our coffee experts. Then we review your equipment needs and arrange a day and time to perform the installation. Finally, we follow up for several weeks after the installation to ensure the equipment is running well, but more importantly, that the coffee you are serving meets your specifications.
Answer
We understand that the last thing a restaurant needs is to have their coffee machine go down. We avoid breakdowns by performing preventative maintenance on all equipment two times per year. This helps keep equipment in optimal working order and helps keep your restaurant operating smoothly. If an unexpected breakdown does occur, our team is on call 24/7/365.
